Soul Elements

'Soul Elements' is a deeply personal body of work inspired by my daily life on the Gold Coast and my recent travels through Indonesia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka - places rich in spirit, culture and elemental beauty.

 

This series emerged as a visual journey of soul, spirit and self, shaped by encounters with sacred landscapes and symbolic forms. From monks in quiet meditation to the powerful presence of fertility gods and jungle goddesses, each piece reflects the energy of the places and people that touched me.

 

The natural world played a guiding role in this creative process. Towering waterfalls, king coconuts, tangled jade vines, coastal landscapes, winter skies, and luminous sunrises and sunsets, all offered moments of wonder. These elemental experiences, earth, water, fire and air, infused each work with a sense of  magic and connection with nature.
